Alex Blanco grew up in Houston, TX, where he was active in sports, enjoyed music, and spent many hours working on cars. He has had a lifelong passion for creating different mediums of art. After graduating from high school, he moved to Oahu, HI, where he is blessed to have a beautiful family.
Admittedly, Alex has never been a fan of reading or books, but the birth of his miraculous grandson, who was born prematurely at only 13 ounces, brought a new outlook for his life. As he read books at his grandson’s incubator for over nine months, he was inspired to create children’s books with his grandson Lucas as the hero. Many of Alex’s writing is heartfelt stories of inspiration that he shares from personal experiences.
